1 Acceptance of Terms Use

By registering, accessing, or using any service provided by tokekwin (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

• Register under your own identity and not on behalf of a third party.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the tokekwin platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances.

Tokekwin conducts an identity verification (KYC) process to ensure the safety and integrity of the platform. Members are required to submit valid identification documents upon request. Failure to comply with the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Account Management & Security

As a tokekwin account holder, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes all wagering, financial transactions, and any other actions carried out through your account, whether or not you were aware of them.

You must:

• Keep your password secure and never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify tokekwin immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Keep account information such as your email address and phone number up to date.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

Tokekwin will never ask for your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, it is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to us immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Regarding Deposits:

• Collude or cooperate with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games.

You are not permitted to:

• Modify or create derivative works based on our platform's content.

Any violation of tokekwin's intellectual property rights will be subject to appropriate legal action. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our user community.

8 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Tokekwin provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or viruses. We strive to maintain 24-hour service continuity, though periodic maintenance may be required.

Tokekwin is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or natural disasters.
• Third-party content or services that may be accessed through the platform.
• Data loss resulting from the user's own actions.

9 Account Termination & Suspension

Tokekwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, upon request by authorities, or at our sole discretion based on platform risk assessment.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and there are no outstanding issues.

In the event of account termination due to a breach of terms:

• Tokekwin reserves the right to withold account balances pending further investigation.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• Members whose accounts have been deactivated are not permitted to re-register without written consent from tokekwin.

10 Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and other versions of these terms, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail for dispute resolution purposes.
